Grace Episcopal Church of Willoughby, OH began meeting in homes and public spaces in 1870. Five years later our first members had pooled together enough funds to construct a building downtown. After we outgrew that space we purchased our current location on Ridge Road and built the parish where we worship today.
Our weekly services are Sunday mornings at 9:30am and include music both traditional and new, a sermon, Sunday School for children, and Holy Communion. After worship we have fun socializing over coffee and snacks. If joining us in person isn’t an option for you or if you just want to check us out from a distance, see our home page for a link to join us on Zoom.
Throughout the week we have a book club, Bible study, and other social gatherings. We reach out to our community through partnerships with local charity non-profits including Hannah’s Home, Friends of Recovery, and Forbes House.
Most importantly, we welcome anyone who walks through our doors. Whether you have been part of the church your whole life, are exploring faith for the first time, or are simply looking for a place where you can belong, you are welcome here. We believe that God’s love is for everyone, and we seek to reflect that love through worship, service, friendship, and compassion. We hope you’ll join us.
